Burger King — Restaurant in Pomona

I have a long history with Burger king restaurants..... I have always enjoyed the menu selections and quite possibly the manner of "having it my way "

In this restaurants case neither was true nor evidence of quality service. On my way to work I decided to stop in and get a meal only to wait nearly 12 minutes in the drive thru for payment of my order. I kinda get it ,, this Covid19 virus has caused businesses such as these a significant slowdown in service due to the dine in closings. What I don't get is why my food was COLD.

The drive thru service was obviously slow ,but my large order of fries lended me no relief to the extra long wait ..with 3 cars ordering, surely, the fries would be hot. On the contrary they were just as cold as the Impossible Whopper I ordered . Oh well , this isn't the first time I have encountered a problem with my meal...... Although, I gave this franchise another crack at the good old debit card with the hope they'd get it right.

Sadly, I have been greatly disappointed. I should have learned my lesson the first instance of poor customer service.

For the record,,,, I get no satisfaction writing long reviews for any business or brand. However, consumers must be forewarned in advance to avoid circumstances such as mine.

Avoid it if you can. Staff is very unfriendly. The girls and the boy there have a nasty stride and they make you feel unwelcome.Food is OK but pricey. But wait, the place needs a double scrub cleaning.! The staff need to leave their problems outside the door. A crazy woman entered the restaurant and a burgués king staff member went off at her . Not a friendly place for children as shady characters are abundant . The place is always empty perhaps the only clients are the many homeless people. The shady characters surrounding the place are sometimes verbally intimidating. The DPSS is just in front of this restaurant and unfortunately, the VIP clientele brings issues with them . Very bad service they gave me my order wrong when I got home I checked and all my order was wrong I had to go back to the Burger King restaurant to have them change my order since my order was big and I came back only to be insulted yelling at me stupid and ridiculous banging the window since it was by drive tru aggressively pulled my dad's bags and when we left he told us stupid I asked to speak to the manager and worst of all he was the manager of the night shift I went around 8 o'clock oh 9 at night I was so outraged about this and I couldn't complain to anyone about what happened because the customer service doesn't answer and I couldn't talk to a Burger King agent so the manager continues as if nothing had been there working getting away with this It's outrageous.
