John F. Kennedy Park — Attraction in Pomona

very disappointing, we live pretty close by and thought it would be great to walk there and take my kids, but the last couple times I've gone there have been people living in the slide ( they set up a whole tent and sleeping bags) people were watching and following me and my kids around the park. read the reviews here and apparently some one was almost attacked and a gang claims this park as "theirs". complaints have been filed multiple times but nothing ever seems to get done. I think that this neighborhood should have a safe place to let their kids play. its not fair to them and to this neighborhood to have this sort of thing happening. If anyone in the Pomona city hall or government sees this post, please clean this park up and set up regular patrols! We have to drive to San Dimas or Laverne to let our kids play!...

The reason I like this park is not because it is cleaner than other parks. It is not because it is more accessible than other parks. Everyone here looks really happy and the laughter of children is endless. There are many parks with better facilities, but strangely, when I come here, I feel like I am healed forever. It is like heaven. I hope you will be healed forever here on this...

Beautiful well kept park many new beautiful young trees were planted and path to take a beautiful walk. There are also swings and playground area for the little ones. The park was also very well kept and clean. I didn't. check restroom but I really like this park. The reason we ended up here was because we joined a free class with city of Pomona to learn how to ride...
