I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing and unsatisfactory visit. From the moment we stepped foot into the establishment, it was evident that this was not going to be a pleasant culinary journey.
First and foremost, the food was abysmal. The dishes lacked any semblance of taste, creativity, or quality. It seemed as though the ingredients were chosen haphazardly, resulting in bland and uninspiring flavors. The presentation was equally lackluster, with dishes appearing hastily thrown together without any attention to detail or aesthetics.
To make matters worse, the service was shockingly poor. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, showing a complete disregard for our dining experience. It was a struggle to get their attention, and when we did, they appeared irritated and unhelpful. The wait times for our food were excessively long, leaving us wondering if the kitchen was in a state of chaos.
Even the ambiance of the restaurant was underwhelming. The atmosphere was dull and uninviting, lacking any charm or character. Coupled with the unappetizing food and subpar service, it created an overall unpleasant dining environment.
I must emphasize that I will never be returning to this restaurant. The combination of terrible food, abysmal service, and a lackluster atmosphere makes it clear that this establishment has a long way to go before it can provide a satisfactory dining experience. I strongly urge others to steer clear of [Restaurant Name] unless significant improvements are made.

Read moreI ordered the one-item combo of Chicken Tikka Masala + rice + naan and was overcharged by $2 by one of the people behind the counter. Usually a plate like this goes for $9.99 + tax, and I was charged $13 for no reason. Additionally, the entrée was underseasoned, and the portion size was nothing special, if not "under" for the price I paid. I can appreciate a local eatery to keep costs low by operating without air conditioning on a hot day--despite that I myself would not want to work/dine there. But to be overcharged and then SKIMPED on on top of that? Although I believe that not everyone has decided to give the least in this establishment (I'm sure there are people there that still care), there seem to be some that couldn't care less. They don't season the food properly, nor taste it as it is prepared, they cheat their customers with the wrong change and paltry potion sizes. At least the food seemed to have been prepared freshly, but if we are aiming just for the bare minimum, this restaurant's performance is still in the negative. I believe in supporting local, independent businesses, and I have loved Indian food my entire adult life, but I have to say that I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I plan to return here. As someone that places a high value over the places I love to go, I reward them with my loyalty. This place does not deserve my loyalty, and not even the patronage of my first (and now last)...
Read moreI had really high hopes for this place. I pass it going to, and coming from, work, several times a week. Both myself and my wife, we love Indian food so when I stopped there last week I was really looking forward to sampling what they offered. I also saw that it had good reviews which is why I'm giving it a two-star review instead of a one-star.
To put it simply, the food was horrible and inedible. It was also $30 for chicken tikka masala, rice, and naan. That's a lotta dough. And it was awful! The butter/cream sauce of the tikka had "broken", meaning it either was cooked too hot or it sat at too high of a temp in the warming table. So the sauce was curdled. Not good. It also had no flavor: no salt, no spices. Nothing. The naan looked like it was a pre-packaged naan from a supermarket. It was not fresh tasting and was soaked in ghee (melted clarified butter). Even the rice was bad. It was stale and crunchy.
In actuality, this was a one-star experience but I'm hoping the owner will read this and make changes. Perhaps at one time the food was good but this was was inexcusable at any price point let alone, $30.
If the owner responds to this I'll definitely consider giving them a second chance. But if s/he doesn't then I certainly won't be back and I wouldn't recommend you to...
