I ordered online, pressed the button to make the food, so is paid for right? When i go to the window they said they don’t have chicken nuggets, they said cancel the order in the app, but the app say it can not be cancelled once you order it, that you might as well get your food since it is already paid for… but they don’t have it. They said they did not know how to cancel it, basically it was up to me so i left thinking i could cancel it but afterwards i found out is not possible. If you get to the window ask for a cash refund or different food but don’t walk away because you are paying…at least they should have offered me different food in exchange for the payment i made… update…i talked to them at the window inquiring about what happened and maybe a solution to the problem would have been to give me something else instead of the three five piece nuggets, like a shake and they say they don’t do that. And then they dizzed me 😔. So i could not ask more questions. I am thinking if there is no way to refund the money then the what is the point of the app, so far all other restaurants can refund the money in cash at least. i can already hear them saying we can not refund your money, you have to call customer service. 12/20/2021, i can’t believe it, i was in the drive thru and ordered some fries for me, my passenger wanted to pay separately and they say they can’t. I use to stop by this jack in the box twice a week after work on my way home, but now I will never go back. I asked to borrow the restroom key and refuse to let me use the restroom key after I told her that I am a regular costumer she still refuse and said that I had to purchase something. so while I am there receiving the food that was told that I had to buy in order to use the restroom , all of a sudden a man comes in and asked for the restroom and was let inside with no problem what's so ever., I then confronted the lady and she said that it wasn't her fault that another employee let him on the restroom.
