An enclave of Pomona, California - Lincoln Park is an historic residential district bounded by Garey Avenue on the west, Towne Avenue on the east, Alvarado Street on the south and Interstate 10 freeway on the north. Residences located within Lincoln Park were built between 1880 - 1945. An eclectic collection of beautiful vintage homes varying in styles Craftsman, Victorian, Spanish, Mediterranean and Tudor. The area is named after the small circular park found in the center of the residential district. Beautiful neighborhood, but with a touch of grit. It's a very friendly neighborhood, but you do need to practice some vigilance and awareness. There are sometimes people with serious mental issues in the park, as well as opportunistic thieves who roam the neighborhood and steal things from porches or backyards.
