Lincoln Park in Pomona is one of those low-key gems worth checking out. It’s a small, clean park surrounded by some beautiful historic homes, and what makes it really special are the peacocks that roam freely around the neighborhood. It feels like you’re stepping into something different, especially if you time it right. We usually go mid-morning or later in the afternoon to avoid any crowds or the occasional unhoused folks hanging around. It’s not bad, just something to be aware of. The restrooms are surprisingly clean for a public park, and the trees and old-school atmosphere give it a really cool vibe. If you visit during certain times of the year, the peacocks are everywhere. Some nearby homes even help care for them, which we really appreciate. My son and I sat face-to-face with a couple of them, and it was one of those simple but memorable moments.

I am a Realtor and live in the neighborhood. Lincoln Park is on the National Register of Historic Places. Approximately 800 vintage homes, probably all custom built early last century. It is a sought after destination to live, very walkable, with a park in the middle, Lincoln Park, that is also called 'the circle'. Famous location for movie and TV shoots. I live in the community. Love Lincoln Park Pomona Real Estate! Fred Van Allen is the number one Realtor in Lincoln Park Historic District and Pomona CA. He is also in the top 5% of Realtors in SoCal. "I love helping local businesses!"

On a cold rainy day, it was so nice to sit in my car (with the heat on every now and then) eating my lunch and just enjoying the surroundings. I know it would be weird, but sometimes I think about going up to the house that I usually park in front of and knocking on the door. I'd thank them for their beautifully manicured lawn and pretty garden. Thank them in general for the atmosphere that makes me park there. Of course they're probably sick of people parking in front of their place. But maybe they don't know the impact their care has on people. What...
