La Michoacana Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Pomona

Service was awful with a worker named Selena, I got about 18min before they were closed and I asked for some Tostilocos and Chamango, she answered that she could only sell me ice cream, because everything was cleaned already when she still have 18min to close, I feel sorry for the owner(Maria) because she is loosing money with people who work for her, I was gonna spend about 35-40dlrs but because Selena didn't want to re-cleaned the area again, she preferred not to sell me tostilocos and...

I've gone their twice & the ice cream was delicious..but service sucks. No greeting wen U walk in or even a "We'll B right with U". This past week I went again & was standing in front off the dam agua frescas for 10min. Or more & NO~BODY said a word to ME even though their was like 3girls working & it wasn't BZ & their was NO line @ all. Very BAD customer service. The ladies working act like if they were the ones paying for everything you ask for. I couldnt ask for a lid without getting a dirty look.
