Second review: Second trip was much better! It did take a while in the drive through but the cashier with the piercings was really nice. They didn’t have cup holders for my 4 drinks but I didn’t need it. She did give me a chocolate chip cookie though! That will always make a big brotha smile!
First review: I don't know why the drive thru cashier felt the need to argue with my wife over buy 1 get one free Thursday drinks but he did. We wanted 2 iced chai tea lattes, which we ordered 2 Thursdays before, by the way. First he automatically put the pumpkin spice ones instead on the screen, then he asked if that's what we actually meant to ask for. Obviously no we did not. He then said the offer was now only available for the fall pumpkin drinks. I, trying to avoid a flaming hot loogie in my drink, oblidge. My wife settled for some apple oatmilk drink, which apparently was fall enough for his liking. I just find it funny because we were ordering from the list of drinks stated directly from the app. You know what though, I don't even blame them fully because while I was festering in the line I noticed the even the Starbucks app allows me to get the offer for ICED CHAI TEA LATTES, and I wouldn't have had to waste my energy talking to him in the first place!!! No hard feelings though guys. Just get it together.
P. S. The first time I tried to get this offer another cashier, after verifying I wanted the buy one get one, still charged me full price and then asked if I still wanted the deal... um YES! So they had to void the charge and recharge me. I let it go but hey, we're...

Drive thru made a mistake with my order (a drip coffee with milk). It had a weird sweet taste - probably a genuine mistake but I couldn't stand the taste.
So I drove back with the cup, which they had filled to the brim. The barista was sweet and immediately gave me a fresh cup of coffee.
But they refused to take the wrong drink back. I understand they have a no trash intake policy. But this drink was trash they created. It was not my fault.
I asked for a trash can. They said they don't have trash cans.
Then they explained that a homeless guy stole their external trash can. And I guess Starbucks corporation doesn't have the money to buy another trash can and chain it up?
I didn't want to argue with the sweet barista - they didn't create the policy. So I carried the two hot cups of coffee back to my car, both filled to the brim.
I didn't have room for this unwanted drink, and it spilled in my car as I drove around to search for a trash can.
I should have left it on their window shelf, instead of trying to be polite and...
