Ordered delivery so that may be a piece of the poor review. I paid for extra cheese along with pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom. The pizza had enough cheese to be seen but not enough to suggest I paid for extra-cheese. The toppings were few and scattered. Not amazing by any means. The delivery driver dumped my pizza at the hotel front desk. No call, no text, just dump and run. Tip is automatically added at the time of order, so there is no reason the driver should care. I called the front desk they confirmed a pizza had been dropped off, they did not know who it was for. Went to pick it up, it was just sitting there where everyone was checking in with no markings to indicate it was for me. The lid was ajar so it was easy enough to see it was for me. Not tapped shut, not sealed, just propped open. The pizza was not hot, and mostly cold. I travel to this area a bunch. I will not be ordering from Ians...
Read more""Update new review""How do you sell pizza by the slice when you don't have pizza by the slice to sell? The only two times I have came to ask for a cheese pizza slice something so common. Not rare they don't have anything to offer. I feel so sorry for this establishment. It is not busy. No one's hardly here in such a jam-packed shopping center. You would think a pizza place could strive. Maybe after this review they can open their eyes .... Gave it a third chance today still no cheese pizza but the pepperoni cheese looked fresh but oh man 😔😔😔 if you like soft microwaved style pizza then please come here. This pizza had no crisp I'm surprised it wasn't undercooked maybe because it probably sat there forever since no one actually comes here. Save your money because this place is a rip off R.I.P...

The wings are flavorful down to the bone and the pizza has a sweet and light acidic sauce. On a side note, the crust is breadstick worthy and has a buttered garlic flavor.
Some opinions: If you’re feeding more than 2 people go with X-Large only. Two mediums will feed 3 people max in my opinion. The pizza could be crispier but it’s not a deal breaker. (I do like a cornmeal crust bottom) but that’s a preference thing not a knock on Ian’s. Finally Valentinos pizza may not be at this location anymore but Ian’s fills the shoes of our pizza needs perfectly. Try their pizza and this will be an easy choice when it’s...
