Monica's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Pomona

I never went in there. These guys stole my EBT card behind the building today. I slept in front of Jack and box. It is December 17th and I have NO funds for food now. I didn't come into this gas station/restaurant with high expectations, and my experience was still pretty bad.

I came in for a simple burrito, but when I got to the cashier, I needed to use the restroom. I asked the cashier where the restroom was and she rolled her eyes at me and just pointed. The restroom was in disgusting filthy condition. But I really needed to sit down... After I finished my business I reached for toilet paper, and there was nothing there! I'm sitting there with poopy butt ! I googled the phone number and called them . I could hear the phone ringing from the bathroom and they employees arguing about who had to answer the phone. I told them "I'm in your bathroom without tp, please bring me paper!" And then I waited 20 minutes for someone to roll the paper to me and then I looked down and saw poop actually on the floor!! So I came out, ordered my burrito and told them the bathroom needs to be cleaned. She said it's the gas station's responsibility. But bean burrito wasn't bad but it wasn't anything special. It's 10:30 at night and I've been working all day. Not wanting to cook, I needed some grubbage. I'm asking myself, what sounds good, what's open that's decent and reasonably priced. Hmmm...Open 24 hrs, Monica's is located inside of a gas station and it's not a cleanest place inside the dining area but I always get my food to go anyways. It used to operate as a Alberto's and they essentially have the same menu but their food from what I've tried is a notch above Alberto's. My review is based solely the two items I've tried which was the Asada and Machaca burritos. Every time I order the asada burrito, they ask if I would like rice and beans in my burrito and I always say, "no" and tell them I want it with just guac and pico de gallo. That's the way Alberto's makes them. Next time I'm gonna try their California burrito which is filled with asada, guac, pico de gallo, cheese and instead of rice and beans as the filler they'll use fries!
