Amazing help from their staff! I purchased a bedframe through Amazon in 2018 (it is now 2024), and lost all of my hardware/side support legs in my last move. I wasn't able to put my bedframe together for months just putting off buying new hardware or a new frame. I finally thought to contact help off of an email provided by Crown Mark on Amazon! Anny Garay helped me replace all of my hardware and support legs for free with quick and easy communication. I'm so grateful to not have to buy new hardware or a new frame and for how kind they were. Definitely would buy more furniture...

I'm a Canadian trucker and came to pick up a load. I was early but I called in a few hours before to see if I should come anyway. Andrea was very nice and accommodated me. The dock guys were quick and polite. The drivers entrance had beautiful couches and the whole place was very neat and clean. I signed my paperwork upstairs and was very impressed with the whole atmosphere.

The chairs of the table had a sticker by Crown Mark Inc. The items were bought at a furniture store on Tustin street in Anaheim California. The chairs broke down...very bad material, manufactured by Omexey Limited. The furniture store is no longer there :( Perhaps a complaint needs to be submitted with the Consumer...
