1st time at a smoothie king. Understand that it must be difficult to keep a store clean, especially one with fruits that have to sit around. however, the unclean presentation of the store detracted from my acai bowl for sure. tables were unwashed, floor had debris strewn under tables, floor behind the counter appeared dirty and grimy, there were pieces of fruit on the floor behind the counter. a few mosquitoes were flying around. The acai bowl was fine, but the experience was not positive due to the environment. The employee recognized that I had placed a mobile order that hadnât come through the system yet but made my bowl anyway. I appreciated that, but had I not preordered, I would have left on seeing the generally unkempt appearance of the store.

They were both very cheerful and helpful when I was having trouble making a decision on which smoothie to get. Whenever I come into smoothie king I always get the same smoothie- a 32 oz banana boat. But today they gave me so kindness and patience when I was making a decision and asking question on how I can modify the smoothie. The got the Berry treat, but added kale and substituted collagen. It was deliciously hydrating, and thick just how I like my smoothies. I left the location feeling more cheerful because of their kindness. I work out every Saturday morning at 5:30am and always look forward to grabbing a smoothie afterward. Unfortunately, for the past three weeks, no one has been at the shop on time. Itâs now 8:15am and still no employees in sightâdespite posted hours indicating it should be open.
This isnât a one-time issueâitâs the third Saturday in a row. Today, there are five customers here waiting to be served, and weâre all frustrated and disappointed. Why is this acceptable?
If you advertise specific hours, customers should be able to rely on them. Please address this...
