Wendy's — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

I have gone here before but only in the afternoon and they were all super lovely today I came in the morning at around 7:20AM , I’m partially deaf (this is important) I went through the drive through and all I could hear was ma’am once and a clicking sound so I went to the windows one said to go to the 2nd window I did just that when the young lady came out it was with a horrible attitude I waived before she opened the door and when she did I said sorry I couldn’t hear you are you open she nodded with a frown and I was like ok she said something I couldn’t hear again because I’m partially deaf and then she said with her hand making movements what do you want I just looked at her smiled and was like it’s ok thanks and left she was super dismissive and rude I felt so embarrassed for trying to get food it’s ridiculous this girl couldn’t be any older then me I’m 20 but if you don’t feel like you want to work then don’t there is no need to bring a attitude to a customer I was friendly I smiled and I told her I couldn’t hear her which makes this whole...

Save yourself the trouble and find a different Wendy’s. The customer service here is AWFUL. Very rude, impatient and they talk over you every time you try to talk. Also, they take forever. There are barely any customers and they took over 30 minutes to get our food out. I am not sure if they are short staffed or not but it shouldn’t take THAT long. Plus, they didn’t even get our order right and when we went in to get our missing food, THEY ARGUED and said we were wrong when we literally had proof. While all this is happening I can see customers in the drive through leaving without paying and getting their food because they are just blatantly being ignored. This was probably the worst fast food experience. Wendy’s corporate needs to come down here and do some serious training ASAP cause this was just sad honestly... never coming here again. (Side note) we tried to get their names but none of them are wearing name tags, no surprise there. Im sure they get...

Normally like Wendy's. Service here was atrocious. Ordered a baconator, got it, took a bite and thought - no bacon..!! Went over to the counter and made the staff aware who at first just blanks me, they then took the burger off me - which had a large bite out of, stuffed some horrible dry bacon in it and passed it back. No sorry, no fresh burger, nothing. No wonder we were the only ones in there. Shame as i say i normally like Wendy's and this isolated experience but both my wife and myself off them bigtime. If someone from Wendy's reads this then great - hopefully they will see where I'm coming from, on this, passing the burger back after another handling was dire.
