Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Ponce

Ordered a 3 for Me special for my mother and myself. My mother had the chicken quesadillas which barely had any chicken. I asked the waitress to, please, take the order back and add chicken. She seemed to reluctant/hesitant to indulge my request. She took the quesadillas back begrudgingly and then came back and said that I would be charged for extra chicken. HOW CAN I BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR SOMETHING THAT I NEVER GOT AS PART OF THE ORDER/ENTREE? Smh! The cook then brings the new order to the table and doesn't even apologize. The waitress brings the bill at the end and says that she deducted the extra entree...Are you serious?!!! You were actually charging me for another entree that your cook poorly prepared and then brought another one to my table with an attitude?! Not only did they attempt to charge, but also did not treat my mother fairly as a senior by giving her a senior discount. That would have been the decent thing to do to redress this situation. Although I left a 10% tip, the waitress was lazy, the food was dissatisfying and I was charged $15.99 for a 3 for Me that's advertised for $12.99. Overall the service was poor. I would not patronize this...

Employees need better supervision. It was a party among them, while people waited for their orders. I asked for a to go bag and had to wait over 15 minutes for it and the check. They had no onion rings, I was offered a “similar” burger but was not warned it was spicy. The two employees at the bar seemed more to be hanging out than working, as they were loudly singing the latest hits of trap music. There was no paper towel in the bathroom, barely any soap, wastebaskets in the stalls were overflowing. It did not look clean at all. When we were given the check, the waitress went to another table and the host refused to take our payment saying in a questionable tone, that we had to go to our waitress. At the moment, the female employee that was with him told us she would take care of it. I cannot understand how they get the number of customers they do. I’m visiting Puerto Rico from Tampa Florida. I specifically ordered flank steak medium rare. I cook it to perfection and remember ordering this steak at a restaurant at El Condado it was perfectly done and cut out like butter. Jeez I could not believe how they serve it here. 1st of all it did not taste well. They did not offer or provide A1 steak sauce like other restaurants do. Hence I did not like the seasoning. 2nd it was like just seared outside where it got some charred color. Inside was not the slightest cook. Completely rare. I did not ask for it rare. I asked medium rare. I do not like Chilis went because it was 2 birthday celebrations wanted to go there. The wine was horrible cheap Cabernet Sauvignon. I did not want to complain in front of family because I did not want anyone to feel uncomfortable and they like their meals. The waitress was exceptional. She received a great tip.
