I want to write a warming here (is not abt food or the service. They are following pollo tropical standars, so you can expect the same food here than in any other location) about extra charges. Do not use a credit card. Only pay cash. I recently bought food here and used my bank of america credit card, and next day I was charge again a different amount of money which I didn't authorize, then after a week they charged me again. So I am warning you to pay only with cash or they could do the same to you. I had to call boa and dispute the transactions.

Comenzaron a realizar cargos que no autorize ni reconocia, tuve que llamar al banco a pelear por transacciones no autorizadas. Es inaceptable y un dolor de cabeza que esto ocurra. Todavia estoy esperando por la resolucion de estos cargos fraudulentos.
