Paletados Ponce Cotto Laurel — Restaurant in Ponce

Just got to eat these paletas today and I can tell you, they are one, if not, the best I've had. I bought two fruit flavors and NY Cheesecake one. They are super refreshing. The taste is on point, just like real fruits. The NY Cheesecake one is really good and it actually tastes like Cheesecake. Prices are competitive and affordable in comparison to what inflation is pouring in, so props to them. Loving it and will be coming...

No acostumbro hacer esta clase de review pero hoy si lo tengo que hacer. Voy a Paletados en Coto Laurel hoy 6 de Agosto como a las 2:30pm. Pido un iced cafe de 16oz por 5.99 mas ivu. Cuando me lo dan sin mentirles esa cantidad que ves en la foto es lo que había en el vaso sin yo haber tomado ni una gota. Procedo a preguntar a la chica que nos atendió que si la bebida ya viene medida y procedo a señalar al vaso para que vea a qué me refiero y me contesta que si que ya eso viene medido y yo me quedé bruta. Si dice 16 onzas por 5.99 más ivu porque no te hechan las 16onzas de la bebida ah y eso es con hielo y como una pulgada de la bebida es espuma. Me fui bien decepcionada. Jamás vuelvo a ese lugar a pedir nada. Si pudiera darle cero estrellas lo haría. Ah y que conste que andaba con otras personas que son testigos que no me lo inventando...

These paletas were sooo good but the experience we had when going into the place wasnt very pleasant at all. The ladies working that day treated us like complete trash and thats unfortunate. I would probably try a different location next time but not to this...
