Panda Express — Restaurant in Ponce

The photos you see are customers and working class families being turned away again between 7:45pm and 8pm. They close at 9pm but close early and lock people out of the lobby so they can relax inside. This is NOT the Panda Express you are used to in the U.S.

They start closing their doors at 7pm even if their hours say 9pm. If you show up after 7pm you will either be turned away or there will be barely any selection. The employees and managers will guilt you into leaving and you'll feel like you are getting in their way of going home two hours early. I used to go to the location but after a few times of this happening and emailing management and not hearing back its just not worth it. Cook yourself a meal at home or find a local restaurant that will make your food fresh and not guilt you into feeling like you're inconveniencing them.

This Panda Express looks like it lacks from good management and planning. Every single time I visit this fast food they usually don’t have some items from their menu. There was once time about a month ago from this review that they didn’t have some of the vegetables available and some of the meats. A lady employeed said it was because they didn’t have the person in charge of that done the grocery shopping.

I went today and they did’t have fortune cookies and plum sauce. Their food is great but this looks to me like they don’t have a good system to anticipate things like this happen less often.
