Shoppers are subjected to long, hot walks, a stark contrast to what any modern, customer-focused establishment should offer. The opportunity for multi-level parking structures, perhaps even integrated with solar panels to provide much-needed shade, cooling, and a reduction in operational costs, has been completely overlooked. Such a simple yet impactful improvement would drastically enhance convenience and comfort for every visitor.

Chaotic Traffic and Lack of Vision Beyond the physical decay, the traffic flow within and around the South Shopping Centre is a significant concern. The main access roads and internal pathways desperately need redesigning to accommodate current traffic volumes and incorporate clear, effective signage.
