We were on vacation and wanted something local and authentic. Birriola is an amazing diamond in the rough. Parking, right in front. Close to Hard Rock casino and other hotels. The quality of the beer, wine and the smoked chicken sliders were incredible. Not only that, Antonio was considerate, patient and more than kind. Pueden mejorar. Me explico:

Cervezas artesanales: tienen buenas beers. Pueden expandir la oferta. La gasolinera del al lado tiene más variedad. Servicio: Habían 4 bartenders. Buen servicio. Aunque solo una muchacha es la que sabía bien de beers. La comida: el ceviche es muy bueno. Las croquetas de risotto no son buenas/no tienen ni sabor- no las recomiendo. Los sliders fueron muy buenos. Precio de la comida es bastante alto. El lugar: el area es muy obscura y no se siente muy segura. Pude conseguir parking al frente del lugar pero igual no se sentía muy seguro. Piden evidencia de vacuna. El lugar tiene sillas y buen ambiente afuera de la barra. Dentro de la barra los bartenders podrían escuchar toda la conversación de tu mesa y vice versa. Si visitas prepárate a estar afuera.

Ojo para el dueño del lugar: tienes muy buen setting/ambiente afuera pero el negocio de atrás tira la basura justo al lado de tu negocio y el olor a basura en las esquinas es bien fuerte. Te recomiendo hablar con esos negocios atras porque estan afectando tu negocio

No es el único lugar de cervezas artesanales en Ponce ni mucho menos el mejor. Lo recomiendo para una parada si te gustan las cervezas artesanales y quieres probar una beer que tengan seasonal ya que tienen variedad de draft beers de...

Gave free shots to the other 2 tables there on the house loud and clear but then ignored us. Don’t need anything free but it’s kind of ugly to do that in front of a table and then ignore us. First time in Ponce and this bar isn’t it.

Great place for craft beer enthusiastic. It is a nice cozy place, where you could chill with friends. The beer here get replaced very so often, so don't expect to see it again all the time. This will give you an opportunity to enjoy different brands and styles of beer. I love this place.

The bartender gave us the wrong beer, claimed the kitchen was closed but took the order of other bigger tables by us. Gave free shots to the other 2 tables there on the house loud and clear but then ignored us. Don’t need anything free but it’s kind of ugly to do that in front of a table and then ignore us. First time in Ponce and this bar isn’t it.
