Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ponce

We selected this restaurant because it was the less crowded in the area and we like their food. We ordered on the drive thru and there was only two or three cars ordering. The girl taking our order was a bit rude and rushing us to decide what to order. At the end, there was only two cars that had just arrived. We were about to leave and cancel the order, but decided to go ahead. After we paid, we were told that some items were not ready and we needed to wait in the parking for them. After all the rushing! However, the young guy at the drive thru window and the lady who brought the rest of our orders to our car were super nice. Also, the new Cheddar chalupa......

The place was particularly dirty, some liquid spilled in front of the cashier, the employee packing for the "servicarro" had no face mask, some other employees had inadecuate use of mask. The French fries were almost cold and soggy. Terrible experience. The only good think was that the tacos were tasty and the fries were replaced. Shouñd give training to young people...

Me encantan los tacos y las comidas que ofrece Taco Bell. En varias ocasiones me han dado las papitas frías. Yo se lo hago saber y me preparan unas al momento. No ofrecen papitas de tamaño mediano ni grande, solamente pequeñas. Es una pena porque a mí nietecito de 5 años le encantan.

Allí tienen las medidas de seguridad debido a la pandemia para los clientes que llegan a hacer sus órdenes dentro del establecimiento. Ud. debe utilizar mascarilla al entrar al establecimiento. Toman la temperatura, ofrecen hand sanitizer. Luego le dan las instrucciones a seguir.

Si Ud. va con su familia, debe de ordenar solamente una persona y los demás toman asiento. Los asientos están debidamente marcados para que haya un distanciamiento social al Ud. consumir sus alimentos.

Desde luego, Ud. se quitará su mascarilla al momento de comer. En mi caso, cuando termino de comer, me la coloco nuevamente. Y si los demás familiares no han terminado con los alimentos me la...
