We had Junior Whoppers here on Sunday, July 23/23. They were well prepared with lots of fresh veggies and good amount of condiments. Service was excellent as well. Rating: 5 stars.

Our previous visit was so good that we returned 2 weeks later, Sunday August 6/23. Unfortunately, our visit this time was terrible. When we started to eat our burgers, I commented to my husband that they seemed to be missing something, they were very bland. When we opened the next ones, I checked into the burgers and discovered that there were no tomatoes in them. My husband went up to the counter to let them know and was told, 'Oh, sorry. We ran out of tomatoes earlier today'. What??? So they gave us the burgers, knowing full well that they were missing the tomatoes. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MENTIONED TO US WHEN ORDERING. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Poor, poor...

My boyfriend, little sister and I enjoy comming here because they have the most food for the best price but everytime we are here they never get the order right when we go through the drive through. Either they mix the drinks up forget to add stuff to the bag that we paid for or gave us sauce on our food we asked not to have. I love the app and the deals you can get.on there but when we order something asking for no sauce on the burger and you say back to us no sauce and we clearly see you added that to the order and then we get cause it makes the whole business look bad and makes the food less appetizing. We just went in there today and I got a crispy chicken sandwich and asked for no sauce and they put loads of mayo on it which is the reason I was asking for no sauce because I cannot eat mayo so thanks you all the burger king workers who managed to ruin our orders...

We are visiting family & arrived in Sandpoint lastnight 4/27/19 @ 8:30. We were so hungry and thought it'd be nice to get something to eat before checking in at the hotel. This Burger King is repulsive! The employees had filthy clothes & aprons, they were rude, the tables were dirty & greasy, the floor was greasy and unswept, the area where you get drinks was absolutely disgusting. When our order was done a guy came & sat our food on the table. He said nothing, he dropped fries on the floor, knew it & didn't bother to even pick them up. I wanted to do the survey from our receipt but it was not legible and the guy behind the counter wasnt willing to fix it. Does this location have a manager? Does anyone...
