We rarely eat inside but 2 nights ago we decided to. We waited to use the kiosks to order since there was no one at the counter to take orders. The dining room was dirty. We almost didn't eat inside because of it. The tables didnt have trash on them but 90% of the tables needed wiped down and the food on the floor needed swept up. When the lady from the back brought our food up there was no cups on the tray for our drinks. So we waited behind a gentlemen also waiting for help. We probably waited a few minutes for him to get someones attention even though they could all see us standing up there. After the drive thru team member adressed him the lady in the back whom I'm assuming was the supervisor since she had a different shirt on got him what he needed and the drive thru Team member went back to getting drinks for the cars in Drive thru. So I asked the lady from the back that was just at the counter helping the guy in front of us for our drink cups and she proceeded to tell me that she would get them for us but when you order from the Kiosk it's not her Job it's the Team members job who is also running the drive thru. Who was moving a mile a minute. They weren't that busy at this time and she was just standing right in front of them after helping the other guy but instead of just taking 5 seconds and handing us 2 cups she gave us her insight on who does what so "next time" we come in we'll know. Read moreThe staff working the afternoon/evening 7/21/24 were awesome! They were all exceptional employees making the best out of a horrible situation. Whoever is in charge of ordering failed them as well as every patron who walked through the doors tonight. They were out of lettuce, onions, tomoatos, cilantro, pico, mild hot sauce, "hot" hot sauce, 6 in tortillas, they had about a handful of fire sauce in the kitchen, we also heard an employee say they only had two packages of the standard size of tortiallas left. The employees had to list every ingredient they were out of to every customer, as well as amending online orders. They had lots of angry customers and they were handling it with grace. The owners of this location are very lucky to have all these employees. These employees should all get a bonus for tonight, and whoever is in charge of ordering needs discaplined severely before they tank...
Read moreOkay so we went there for lunch just to be disgusted by your employees behavior, you have a trainee working in there named Sarah and she is doing a fantastic job considering she's being yelled at and completely disrespected by the other employees one of which was Amanda. I'm appalled and so we're other patrons who commented on it as well. Sarah's mistakes were small and understandable when starting out and she would probably be an awesome reliable employee if in an environment that fosters growth and competence over trashy humans beings who make just as many mistakes even though they have been there for a while, but hey they make a good taco so I guess their not totally useless.
