When I placed a carry out order for a pita, salad and other misc items, I also ordered an extra ranch. You’d assume I would at least get ONE ranch, but when I opened the bag there were no dressings at all. So I drove back to Leo’s and asked for my ranch, they pulled up my order and someone named Lynn took credit for bagging my order. She then DENIED forgetting my ranch, and proceeded to charge me AGAIN for extra ranch, when I didn’t get any to begin with. There was a younger worker there her name started with a S, she was so kind and tried to be helpful and correct the issue by giving me my ranch, before Lynn stepped in and forced her to charge me AGAIN. The management here needs to step up their game, because this is not the first time I’ve had a similar experience with carry out. All this does is make someone not want to return to this establishment especially when the food is just mediocre and a last sign of hope when you’re lazy, all for it to be not worth the hassle with SOME employees.

Read moreMother's day today, called in a country omelet. I paid when I got there and sat down to wait for food. Another guy came in paid for his country omelet. 10 min into being there (should be getting my food) they let the other guy know they can't do his country omelet because the guys closing did a bad job. Next they figure out I have one too and they tell me they have to try to figure something out. Few things that stuck out to me. 1.) How do you open the cook line and not know what you have in stock.. write a list of what has been 86ed and go over it with the servers... If you don't know what you have I bet you don't know the best by date on any of the products. 2) Immediately throwing another employee under the bus to a customer. His fault or not this is just unprofessional. I do not need to know the drama. 3) kinda glad they did not get to packaging my food. The one girl packing carryouts coughed into her hands and then grabbed bread wrapped in foil off the counter to...
Read moreWORST service ever. I visited my local Leo's for breakfast this morning and it wasn't relatively busy. We walked in and sat down at our table and waited to get served. At the same time two other guests came in and sat down they got served right away. I am patient and was just waiting for someone to acknowledge our table. The next thing I know a group of three came in and they immediately got waited on by a waitress with drinks and menus. The waitress talked with them for over 5 minutes. So two tables got served before us and we didn't even look at our menus yet. After ten minutes of waiting and waitresses looking at our table without any acknowledgement, I got up and left without anyone stopping us from leaving. I am usually very patient but how we were treated was unacceptable. I am upset with how we are treated and it will be a while before I...
