I love ordering ahead using mobile apps and thatâs what I did yesterday at this location. Said my pick up time was 6:22. I got to the restaurant around 6:15 and was planning on going inside to pick it up the the doors had signs that in big orange letters said âdrive thru onlyâ so I assumed that the dining room was closed. I proceeded to the drive thru line that was probably 7 or 8 cars deep. If I hadnât prepaid for my $50 order I would have said forget it. Anyways .. after about 40 minutes of waiting I noticed someone go inside and not come back out .. meaning the dining room was open. At this point I was so deep into the drive thru that I could not exit, they have cement medians around the drive thru so I was stuck. By the time I got to the window I let them know I placed an order on the app and they asked me to pull around. I waited behind the car in front of me another 20 minutes and once I got to the window they asked me to pull around to the front door. I told the gentleman at the window that I was in line for an hour at this point because there were signs on the door that stated it was drive thru only and he said âoh those must have been from yesterday or somethingâ after another 20 minutes of waiting in the front I went inside and they said it would be just a few more moments and they would bring my food out. In total I spent over one hour and 30 minutes waiting for my food. From leaving my house to returning it was almost 2 hours. I left the restaurant at 7:50. The food was subpar. The buns were hard. Not that soft steamy hot slider I was craving. The mozzarella sticks we got were cold, but tasted like burnt oil. The only thing that was hot were the chicken rings. What a waste of 2 hours and $50. I didnât even get an apology or any empathy about the situation. I know that White Castle isnât always something that can be served quickly.    Read moreOK first off I know I ate from here yesterday but let's get to the chase my food was fantastic but they really need to be a little bit more fast they do more talking and being on there cell phones then anything and this is why I will never come here again they really need to pick up the pace it's a fast food resturant you need to be quick with your job and not so damn slow my wife took a nap in the car while I was waiting for my sliders this is a bunch of bs and with the place the way it is everyone trying to hit on eatchother that's not professional not by a long shot so do your self a favor fire everyone except the ones that actually do there damn job I'm also going to be making a few phone calls đ to see what the county can to about this white đ° they need to really focus on there job and stop trying to steal from costumers and on top of that someone smelt like weed so yeah I think everyone that has been to that white castle should get there money back and re staff the place and brighten it up my wife and I couldn't even see it at night and nothing personal but I wouldn't be surprised if the county shuts the place down and the the other white castle that I go to is way better then this 1 by far I always get my food in less then 10 minutes so yeah thanks but no thanks and I meant what I said I'll be making a few calls about this place in the county sorry but you had your chance and months to improve but you never did as far as I could tell by the reviews sorry take care...

So I called the location to let them know so they were prepared and the person on the phone was rude and just acted like they didn't understand why I was calling. Apon getting to the store 1st thing that was a red flag was the floor was so nasty and sticky. Once getting to the counter, the entire crew, including the manager, was very unprofessional. I told the manager that I was the one who called to place the large order, and she didn't even attempt to take my order, nor did anyone else. I was the only person in the restaurant , but they made me wait to take my order. Then I stood and watched while order after order, went out the drive thru, and still mine wasn't being made. When they finally got my order going, the few special items we're not being made still. I then had to wait even longer while they finally finished the last of my order. Not one person except the lady in drive thru has any sense of urgency or even speed at all you would expect for a fast food restaurant. Honestly, the saddest display of workers I've seen in a while. None of them seemed to care not one bit about the customers or the product they're serving. Probably won't be back anytime...
