EVERY SINGLE NIGHT during the late night Uber Eats/DoorDash rushes, this place has a ridiculously long wait for both the drive thu customers and the dashers. Cars lined up in the drive thru all the way around the restaurant and almost to the street. And tonight there were 9 delivery people all sitting around waiting on their orders when I got there around midnight. They need more staff for the rushes, period. And the guy I believe to be the manager can be pretty rude. Try to ask him about orders and he shuts the window in your face. Understand he's busy and understaffed, but he could be a little nicer. And he could do that with more staff, as he doesn't even have time to give good service. I absolutely try and avoid the area completely during peak pay so I don't get assigned orders from there.. but so many people accept and drop the orders because of the wait, you get assigned from miles away still. Please management, help by staffing more people during these rushes... and I think they could also do with some efficiency improvements to make the the guys they have working more productive. Sure they work their butts off and deserve not only more help, but raises as well. Even the manager 😉 You're a nice guy, sometimes! Lol! But seriously it sometimes seems like one guy is working the drive thru, one guy is slowly doing all the burgers and the others are just standing there waiting to bag or whatever. Either limit the orders or get more help or something. The nights I hung around and stayed for pick ups, I ended up making under minimum wage cause I don't do hourly and didn't know how it was there yet. This store has to BANK during these late night surges in delivery orders.. they can afford to add some staff to help out. If you Dash this area late nights, especially during peak pay times, make sure to switch over to hourly pay plus tips. Although I gave a 1 star for service and think the guys could be a bit quicker, I blame the store completely for not obtaining more help for them. If you order delivery from here during the dinner rush or late night, expect a really long wait, multiple reassigned delivery people and cold food... That said, tip your dasher well and you'll likely get it faster and your order won't be...
Read moreI ordered a swirl cup and was handed a cup with barely a scoop of ice cream and the rest was a cone made them remake it and give me the proper item, They copped and attitude
Was. Told at the window to move up and wait for my order, So I moved up and left enough room for the large hummer behind me to get through with no issue. Only to be screamed at by some dude (Is in a pissed off of violent attitude tone) through the front window to move my car up (Not the first time, that i've been met with this tone)
A female brought out my food when I looked in the bag instead of it. Being nice and neat, my fries and my mozzarella sticks were dumped in the bag and the packaging was setting face up just in the bag. As if they purposely just to spite me dumped it in the bag. Not to mention instead of bringing it around to my driver's side they made me strain my arm to open up my passenger window and accept the food
Now I've worked in the food industry for multiple years, fast food, family restaurant, bar So I know what decent customer service is and the way these employees act. It makes me wonder who the hell hire these Idiots, And considering this isn't my first time dealing with this from this exact same restaurant it makes me wonder how these employees still have their jobs.
The quality of employees and customer service lately can't even rank a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10.
That when I first started in customer service, you greeted customers with a smile and grin and bear it. After all, restaurants rely on pretty much reviews nowadays to help people decide if they want to eat there. It's almost like they're trying...
Read moreI pulled up and was greeted by an automated voice. I was confused at first cuz some places have that fake voice greet the customer before a real worker comes on to take the actual order but not this time.
The ordering process was completely automated and it honestly creeped me out lol (this isn't some technologically challenged old lady btw🤣 I'm only 26 and I was still thrown off by it). I let the girl at the window know it when I pulled up.
I was skeptical about weather or not my order would come out correctly because I made some changes to the food items but to my surprise everything was just as I requested.
My only complaint (other than the creepy vibes I get from AI) is I was a little confused about when I should let them know the changes I wanted to make to the burger and when to move on to the next item choice for my meal. It could do a better job of leading the customer through the ordering process to prevent this confusion.
Checkers corporate should really consider this if they implement the system in all store. People who are picky with their food may be detected from ordering at places with this system, too afraid to get...
