Kristophers Pizza — Restaurant in Poolesville

So this place is great the gentleman that served us was polite respectful but easy to talk to very down to earth guy I wish I could remember his name but he took great care of us the place was clean as clean gets the food came out fresh and delicious wasn't reheated sitting pre-made for hours on end perfectly fresh one slice of pizza filled me for lunch without overfilling and when I asked him little one or two do it he said go with one trust me they're huge and he was right so he didn't try to BS me and sell more product just to sell more products he took care of the customer. I love it in poolesville, everybody's so kind and personable & this experience just prove it once more for me and this was my first visit to Kristopher's. So kudos for Kristopher's Pizza highly recommended if you want excellent service with excellent food prepared and served by clean, professional, and proud small business owners and employees then this is your place to go. Take a beautiful drive into poolesville...hit these guys up they'll take good...

Best in town.... that’s lie, Kristopher’s Poolesville Maryland my family and I have been going to Kristopher’s for years and we have never had the disgusting unprofessional service that we have received today below. You can completely see that these fried mushrooms are beyond fried and beyond Burnt… the fried mushroom smell like the grease has been used for a month. The taste is horrible and sent me right to the bathroom. I’ve never had a bad experience with Kristopher’s . I don’t know if they let other people take it over like their children or what but this place is disgusting now I will never be back again, and I will refer all my friends to another restaurant that respects there customer service to replace these burnt fried mushrooms customer service customer service and you wonder why there’s nothing in Poolesville because of the customer service. Most of the businesses in Poolesville have great customer service but user at Kristopher’s s you suck and your food sucks and your customer...

Although the staff was friendly I have to give this restaurant a 3 star review due to the quality of the of the meal and the overall price of the order.

I ordered a BBQ chicken cheesesteak, a drink and a bag of chips. My order was just over $16. The main reason for the review is because the chicken cheesesteak was terrible, mainly because the BBQ sauce used didn't seem like BBQ sauce at all. My whole chicken cheesesteak was stained pink from the sauce and had a weird taste to it.

The meat to bread ratio on the cheesesteak was way off and the cheese looked like a afterthought. I felt skimped based off the cost of the order. I didn't finish the meal and ended up throwing it out.

If I had more time I would have spoke to a manager and asked for a refund. My recommendation to this restaurant is to reassess their cheesesteaks or purchase higher quality sauces and ingredients.

I would try this place again for their pizza but not for...
