Big Doobie’s Boudin & Cracklins — Restaurant in Port Arthur

I just stopped in at 11:00 am to grab a few cracklings and some Boudin. They didn’t have any hot boudin so they sold me a boudin ball instead. I noticed they dropped the boudin ball in the grease to what I assumed was to warm it. When I tasted it, it was warm and greasy on the outside and completely mush and cold on the inside. Big Doobie’s cracklins are THE BEST in the Golden Triangle area. Heck I’ll even say, his are the best I have ever eaten, and I order cracklins where ever they’re available. If you’re not from this area and want some good cracklins, Big Doobie’s is where you’ll find them.

Been twice in the past month wouldn’t recommend. My first time the boudian balls were greasy, as I watched the person warmed them up by pulling them in the grease for a few seconds.
