I just stopped in at 11:00 am to grab a few cracklings and some Boudin. They didn’t have any hot boudin so they sold me a boudin ball instead. I noticed they dropped the boudin ball in the grease to what I assumed was to warm it. When I tasted it, it was warm and greasy on the outside and completely mush and cold on the inside.
