My family and I ALWAYS order from here. However, tonight was really disappointing. I placed our usual order and when my husband picked it up, the lady told him our order. Came home and it was completely different! When he went back, they argued that I told them something completely different (mind you the order I placed SHE CALLED IT OUT!) instead of them correcting it (as good customer service should) they argued about who said what, who took the order, asked my husband to place a new order when he just literally spent almost $50 on something we didn’t order. It has been years since I have been in this area for any business of My own and I stopped into Gulf Coast Seafood. The customer traffic was high and folks were being taken care of and Happy on there visit. It caused My visit to be that much better. The New Management and Owner was very Sweet and a Nice Person that I could Appreciate about her. Her husband came out to help a customer to figure what type of jalapeno pepper used in the dish she purchased dine in. He shared the information to her and her husband at their table. Impressed. Wonderful service with a very unique experice with the choice between Chinese or seafood both choices are wonderful a few choices that i would personaly recomend is the salt and pepper shrimp and the fried rice also the osters are a very good choice the enviroment while being simple still giveing a feal of calm and openess. Also the prices are not unresonable when i went i feed a family of five with tenneagers and having a pound of crawfish as an appitezer that were by the way delicious for 75 dollars which is rather good for that many people for those of you...
