So the whole experience was weird. Waited 20+ mins to be WAITED on after we sat down. Then, noticed incredibly loud music blasting from kitchen, like abnormally loud music to where you can't hear each other hardly or the tv. Then after we ordered, another 20 mins for that shrimp appetizer you probably heard about (good, but not worth this kind of wait). After that, another 20+ mins for food. Keep in mind people who came in AFTER us, whether "to-go" orders or not, got food before us. The jerk chicken is not worth it. If you've tried real jerk chicken, you know it should have marinated for a while or have a dry rub...this was not the case. It was grilled chicken, with some sauce slapped on there that was nothing really, with slightly undercooked rice...RICE...!! Rice is basic guys. Also, when additional waitresses showed up, only one was doing her job, we got the impression she's the only one who understands how to actually check on/wait on customers, especially since the onewhowho was there first chose not to do anything, with severalother staff just chillin'/socializing. I do NOT recommend this place, ever. Let me start by saying that this place has some of best crawfish I’ve had all season. I was truly impressed with seasoning 😊. Now for the not so good, my overall experience was horrible due to the poor service that I received which is why I will not be returning. My waitress seemed like she was not all there, messed up my order and had to be sent back THEN I had to wait forever for it to be remade and I ended just canceling my additional item and paid and left. I wanted to order more crawfish but was afraid to ask for anything else due to her lack of attentiveness. Another waitress apologized on her behalf and stated that she had worked all day. I can understand being tired, but it was your choice to pick up additional hours, don’t make my experience horrible because you are tired. I’m really big on customer service because I served for a long time and no matter what the situation was I separated myself from it because I knew the major part of an overall experience is the service that is provided. When people go out to dine they expect to get what they pay for which is good food as well as service. Once again crawfish AMAZING but the experience ruined...

Disappointed with the Crawfish Quality and Surprise Charges

I hadn’t been to this spot in a while and was looking forward to trying their crawfish for the first time this year. When I called to place my order, I was told it would take over 30 minutes due to a late start, which was understandable. However, I arrived just 15 minutes later and the order was already ready, which surprised me, but not in a good way.Unfortunately, the quality of the crawfish was very poor. They were dark in color, like they had been frozen, and many were falling apart. The texture and flavor suggested they were old and had been reheated. It was nothing like the fresh, flavorful crawfish I remember from past visits. To top it off, I was shocked at the total price. I wasn’t aware of the new charges for different flavor options, and what I thought would be 5 lbs for $30 ended up costing significantly more. The price jump and lack of transparency were disappointing.Overall, this was a very underwhelming experience. I won’t be rushing back...
