H-E-B — Local services in Port Arthur

I was given a "rain check" for 5 cases of water by an HEB clerk because the cases of water were on sale and there were none left. Several weeks later, I returned to the store to purchase them. I was then told that I could only have 2 cases. I became agitated because their employee wrote up the "rain check" for 5 not 2. I wanted the store to adhere to what their employee notated on the "rain check"! The Male supervisor refused and stated I could return the next day and discuss it with the manager. Please note, the clerk never gave me the "rain check" back. I abhor incompetence in big corporations. I feel it is managements' responsibility to make sure that employees are educated and informed so they can successfuly serve customers. This review is NOT for the Gulfway location!! It’s for the Hwy 365 location, but apparently they only allow one review per email 😡. Anyway, I had a grocery pickup for 7:30, for the first 30 minutes I was circling and circling trying to find a pickup spot!! Like make it make sense H-E-B!!! U got 77 people picking up and 12 spots 😡. Even Walmart expanded their pickup spots so people don’t have to fight in the parking lot for a simple space. On top of that, why give me a 30 min window and it takes a freaking hour for my 13 item order to come out!! IT MAKES NO TYPE OF SENSE. Next time, Walmart...
