Snell Shopping Center — Local services in Port Arthur

Came in for an order pick up. Greeted with “what do you want” from across the store. I stated I had an order pick. She came behind the counter and grabbed the item behind her and was confirming the name and once she realized my name wasn’t on it she immediately became defensive. I showed her my order confirmation and she asked if I used a promo. I stated yes, the only reason I had even ordered from there was because a promotion email was sent to me. It was her delivery that was upsetting. She said that it was the online ordering and I had to contact them she couldn’t do anything. How is that my fault. I’m not confrontational at all so I wasn't going to argue with her, but she didn’t even try to help me one bit. She didn’t offer the option of reordering the item or anything. I wouldn’t have minded redoing the order and paying for it I could deal with the online ordering later, but she was basically kicking me out. We went to a party next to the Drago hardware store in this shopping center and it was hot and not too nice looking. The floor was uneven and chairs and tables provided were cheap looking. Only 2 restrooms for the whole place. It's used for Zumba during the day so it smells like sweat, also the ac was not working so we had to keep the doors open on a hot humid day, which invited in many mosquitoes. Great place to shop. You could spend all day here. I only wish people would not let there kids run all over and hit people's baskets and pull clothes off of hangers and jump out of racks.
