I did enjoy the meal, although the French fries were rather older and did not seem fresh, however the counter service was less than inviting. It was adequate but not a pleasing experience.
The shift manager was a completely different experience than I could have ever thought I would encounter at a national franchise. He was loud behind the counter with I have no idea what he was upset about.
He was also belittling the the other staff working at that time. They had to repeat instructions to him on three different orders while I was there. He seemed to be making undesired jokes or laughter that seemed out of place and I saw the counter help roll her eyes to his actions.
After filling my order he left the back area still wearing his headset and went outside with his phone to his ear. When he returned still with his phone to his ear he walked right by a new customer at the counter without acknowledging them.
The restuarant was fairly clean and the food was prepared well.
I only went there because the restuarant next to them was having wifi issues and I could not order using there app at the time
Would I go back to this KFC again? Yes I would but if I experienced them same unprofessional atmosphere I will speak up about trying to be more aware of the restuarant atmosphere and demand a better dining experience for myself and others in the community.
Without these traits, they might as well close up permanently. They certainly do not have much business at this location. I would not miss them if they did close up. I have only used there services but maybe five or six times in the past few years.
I enjoy the food at KFC so maybe subconsciously I have experienced this low level dining experience at this location before and it has reflected on my...
Read moreI ordered ahead in the app for pickup at 6:45. When I arrived at 6:40, there was a bag under the "Delivery" section (not pickup) so I waited a minute then figured I should look at the bag. Sure enough, it was my order.
I asked how long it had been there; they could not answer that but the manager (glaring at me) assured me "I'm sure they just put it up."
Because it was in a big plastic bag sealed at the top, I took it out to my car where I ripped open the bag, to find a small paper bag inside with my 8 piece nuggets in a box. They were stone cold so I walked back in an insisted on a fresh order. After a 3 minute trip home, the food was barely warm suggesting the nuggets had been sitting in the warmer way too long.
Finally, I was only offered a choice of two sauces; there were three included, but no napkins!
The big, thick plastic bag (the size you get at a grocery store) might have been appropriate for a larger order, but here it was a waste of money and indicated a total disregard for both their costs and the environmental impact. You can't reuse the bag because of the way it was heat sealed all along the top, presumably to keep the food warm. Of course the food has to be warm before it's put in this (wasteful) bag to start with.
Perhaps they should reconsider this ridiculous procedure and spend money on napkins and better training. It's not hard to count to two (re: the number of sauces)...or is it for this store's team members?!

Read moreI have gone to this KFC twice now, once about 6 months ago and it was horrible then, but after 6 months i decided to give it a try. So i ordered the 8 pc boneless chicken bucket with Lrg. Coleslaw and Lrg Mashed Potatos. The gentleman at the window told me when i ordered if i wanted boneless i needed to wait 10 minutes. I agreed and pulled forward to pay. He advised me to park on the side and he would bring it out. I waited for 25 minutes, right when i was going to get out to go in, he shows up at my window with a bag, i thank him and take the bag only to find it's not my order, it's someone elses another person who is pulled over waiting. Mind you i put my hands on some of the food while i was rifling through it to check it. I get out of the car and bring the food back in, show my receipt and he tells me im sorry it will be ready in a minute. Then he brings the food out to the other guy, after he gave it to me. I wait 5 more minutes and go inside with my receipt again to ask for my money back. I get a weak apology at the cash register, blaming the deep fryer. And she tells me my refund must be in cash even though i used a debit card, i accept and get my money back. There was no offer to give me anything or even a care in the world about customer service. So this place can enjoy it's failure, karma will not be kind with that...
