24th Street Pizzeria — Restaurant in Port Huron Charter Township

Don't get me wrong, the food here is great.... The service absolutely sucks. We've ordered from this place atleast 5 or 6 times in the last few months, and everytime we have to call back with a complaint. Most of the time it's missing items or incorrect items sometimes it's something as stupid as a incorrect condiment. For instance if you order ranch, well your probably gonna get Greek dressing. . The girls that typically take our order always manage to get something wrong, and the worst part is they repeat the order to you and it still comes incorrect! For instance ordered a 20 pc chicken nugget meal took an hour to arrive, and what a shock no meal just 20 pc chicken nuggets. Now keep in mind this girl repeated to me what I ordered not once but twice. 20pc chicken nugget meal with fries, coleslaw, and bread. Called back to complain about the missing items owner says he can send out the extra items but he's gonna have to charge me for it and it'll probably take over an hour to arrive! Absolutely ridiculous. Since we're at this point let's continue.. Ordered a pepperoni roll once, got a breadstick. Ordered a salad with extra ranch got 1 Greek dressing. Ordered a full fiesta steak sub, got half a fiesta steak sub. ordered a pepperoni pizza, got 11 total pepperonis on a large round pizza. I have never had so much angst for a particular service before until now. And it sucks because the majority of the food is excellent, one of the best pizzarias around honestly.

UPDATE: Just recieved our extra items from the chicken nugget order... No coleslaw, no bread. Called back again spoke to a manager and this time it actually went well. He thoroughly apologized and promised to send out a double order as soon as possible. Surprisingly enough the owner actually delivered the items himself, spoke to him directly for a few minutes and found out a number of problems they have been dealing with. he then offered a 10% off discount on our next order. I thought that this very generous. With this type of service I will gladly give them a 5 star across the board. Sincere thanks to Alan the owner and his personal delivery...

Ordered 2 large pizzas. One was cheese and black olives the other was a specialty BBQ Chicken pizza. My total was $27 and some change. Immediately upon picking up my order myself I went to eat a slice of the black olive pizza and all of the cheese and sauce slid from the surface of the crust as I retrieved it from the pie (it wasn't fully cut). Okay no biggie. So I decided to stop on my way home and pick up a hot-n-ready from little Caesars because I wanted to do a side by side at this point. Upon leaving the little Caesars I was able to eat the hot and ready right away without all the cheese falling off and it was just as fresh as the pizza I waited 10 minutes for at 24th Street, which was 10 minutes longer than than the original 20 minute time frame they gave me. Okay again no big deal. But long story short after bringing home these 3 pizzas everyone who are them agreed that little Caesars tasted the best. Also it was the cheapest. I'm sorry you guys, but my 7 year old daughter thinks your cheese taste like plastic. Also when I called back to talk about this before posting this I was hung up on by the associate who answered. So the customer service went out the window when the quality of their product came into question. Geez no thanks. Stick...

Had a great experience about 8 months ago but sadly the rating has changed. Ordered food @5:30pm and had to call them @7:15pm to find out what the hold up was because it was supposed to be delivered by 6:30-45. Al answered and stated just left for delivery and said that we could get 10% off the NEXT order 🤣. I live about 3 blocks away..... well @ 7:45pm the food finally showed up. $66 for cold pizza that had Pepperoni's underneath the Hawaiian style because they had made the pizza wrong 🤣🤣 don't think I could catch that rookie mistake Al. I appreciate your generous offer of 10% off when you already received 10% off for ordering online through them. Again Al stop trying to City people with your 10% off discount people are smart enough to understand that they already get the discount but I appreciate you and how you handle your business with handing out cold pizza hours after the fact and receiving the payment. You can keep your 10% I'll pay extra to make sure my order arrives on time and warm. I hope the others will do the same. That's my 10% discount to you and then inform you you are fired from being my pizza maker. And just in case you have a craving for a cannoli please please do not waste your money...
