Savvy Sliders — Restaurant in Port Huron Charter Township

Update: I sent an email to the address requested since they said that they wanted a chance to "make things right" 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a response. It honestly would have been better for them to have never responded to my review rather than respond, ask for me to email them so they can "make things right" and "earn back my business" then just ignore it. Definitely dropped down to 1 star and we won't be returning.

The food was pretty good and made correctly, so no issues there whatsoever. However, we asked for some mayo packets with our order and didn't realize that we would be charged over $3 for 4 packets of Heinz Mayo. I ended up going back in to return them, because I've never heard of being charged for mayo packets and there was no way I was going to pay that much for little tear open condiment packets. The only reason I was a little annoyed is because we weren't informed ahead of time, but again, not a giant deal. All I said was that I'd never heard of being charged for condiment packets, like mayo, and that I'd just like to return them, please. She did, but also added in that everywhere charges for all sauces now, even McDonald's. I mentioned that they don't charge for mayo packets, but she insisted that they do... so after returning my mayo packets, I went next door to McDonald's and got 6 free packets. If you want to spend nearly $15 on 2 pieces of bread, 1 pickle, a 8th of a slice of cheese, and a burnt burger.... Have fun. These sliders are an absolute joke. It's literally all bread, a completely over cooked unseasoned mini patty, a single pickle, a pinch of ketchup that you can't even taste, and no grilled onions? I'm sorry but these aren't sliders they are BS. We ordered two 10 pack tailgate party packs for our party of 10 and out of the 20 sliders we had 14 left over after 10 people ate. Most of our guests took one bite and threw the slider in the trash. It's absolutely disgusting. This meal cost us $75 after tip, the fries it came with for an extra $10 weren't even good. Way over cooked and as dry as the Sahara desert. Never again will I waste money on this trash. You want really good sliders for a quarter of the price? Go to subs and sliders on water street. Atleast they make quality food for a very reasonable price. I'll eat a can of cat food before I ever even contemplate ordering saavy bread bites...i mean sliders again. Disgusting,...

1 star is a COMPLIMENT. I wish negative stars could be given. Ordered 3 sliders, onion rings, 2 chicken strip dinners, and fries. We waited ONE HOUR for food, and then to top it all off it was wrong and cold!!! House fries all came regular, onion rings cold and soggy, signature steakhouse was just a cold bun with shredded beef missing the cheese, sauce, and mushrooms. The chicken slider was missing pickles and sauce, just a cold bun with a bland piece of chicken. Overpriced, came to $60, and truly not a single thing was correct or as advertised.

Restaurant was dirty and so unsanitary. I am blown away at how they haven’t gotten a strike from the health department.
