Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Port Huron

1 star for always hot and yummy for the cheap price.. it tastes the same as it's price. I get the reg 5 dolla or the stuffed crust. I've never been disappointed as far as that goes 2 stars for I'd say place is always pretty clean for a little caesers but the customers are another story haha. 3 for consistency getting my orders right and they've always been friendly no matter who's serving me for the fast 5 years here and 1 other location, (accept 1x) but there's always that one employee, at that one day, at that one time, in that one mood, and it's always magically some chick haven one of them days L🤣🤣🤣L

If you're grading cheap fast food then YES IT IS A 5 star. IF you're talking about ALLLL chains of pizza NOT a 5. I'm grading as far as aaaalll chains in general. They get a 5 in effort just NOT 5 in quality. They really need to have an organic option the way they throw down though. I do give extra credit and recognition for location It's a perfect location around all your main stream stores. Target Walmart Ross Starbucks. The basics as well as walking distance for near by apartments.

I will warn you it is always slammed I've never seen it slow. Order online if you're going to be in a hurry or order by phone. But I'd try to avoid the phone too because they really are slammed and smothered 100% of the time when I come. Even when they are fully staffed they seem always busy. When understaffed I wish I had it like that to tip all of them they seem to work themselves to death in there. There is never any pizzas ready it is rare they have any on deck available, but when they do my face lights up in utter shock haha... In their defense this is completely understandable this spot is boomin. Be patient when they are looking for your order some of those names and finding your name making sure you get right pizza is important ya know. And it takes a min. I hate it when I go in and I see people stamping around at them. Like I seriously think (dang do you want the right order or not?) I've had many years of good experience with my $5 pizzas here and 1 on 48th and Baseline However there's a girl that works here in recent time that is so rude and purposely messed up my order having me wait 50+ min and subtle about the whole thing too. Played dumb. Anyone with a brain can see through her. The apology was so fake it was unbelievable. It is the rarest encounter and by far brattiest service I've ever received. I felt sad my 4 hungry kids had to wait an hr for some pizza. Anyways I'm sending Corperate a full review of my 5 years here. Other then that 1x it's been great. I stopped going to this location long ago because walking through the door made me feel like I didn't want to touch anything, it was that dirty. I'd hoped that the newly renovated building would bring on better food. I was sadly mistaken. I ordered a 'Hot-N-Ready' pepperoni pizza, a pretzel crust pizza and an Italian cheese bread. The pepperoni pizza was dry and had too much sauce, the pretzel crust pizza didn't REALLY have a 'pretzel' crust, leading me to believe they didn't brush enough baking soda water on the crust or needed to make new water and the Italian cheese bread was a bit on the over cooked side. Also, this is the only pizza place I've ever been to that charges for marinara sauce when you purchase any kind of bread. They even charge for sauce when you buy a crazy combo. THE SAUCE IS WHAT MAKES IT A COMBO! Otherwise it would just be crazy bread! Needless to say I'll drive the extra ten minutes north to Little Caesars in Fort Gratiot. New management would help this location IMMENSELY!

The food is always cold and the staff is always rude. Don’t waste your time or money.

Rude manager, rude staff and their pizza is gross. Even after there remodel you would think they would have better pizza, but obviously when you don’t care about being professional… it shows in the food and the atmosphere.

I have called this location got hung up on twice, in one night for trying to do a carry out and when I got to the location the staff just rolled there eyes like ohh well. Working in food service is not difficult, working with public can be hard however the attitude and the attention to detail is not there for this restaurant if you can call it that and I’m surprised that they are still open after all these years. I don’t even know why I even try to eat here maybe in hopes the food and employees changed but I am 100% done wasting my time and money. Don’t recommend. Pizza is greasy and cold never fresh. And the staff always act like they are busy when really there busy on there phones and conversations. They are always in a rush. It’s quite sad how this place...
