I called in to order and ask about making it right. The workers immediately got in touch with her and called me back to make the order again. This time it was perfect and we enjoyed the meal. Thank you for addressing concerns of the customers because that is what creates loyalty and return customers. You guys are fabulous! (Leaving the past review in parts for background content) Nothing like our previous experiences. Usually the bottom is toasted and the crust is not white. Our cheese wasn't really melted. Not the best experience and it wasn't busy. We ordered around 5:30 and dining room wasn't busy...

Brick Oven sent me a coupon so I decide to use it and treat my daughter and hubby. Ordered fromPort Neches store. NEVER again! The guy took my order and told me the total $19 and change and said they would adjust it when they got the coupon. Ok no problem. My son in law went and grabbed it, got back and receipt said $19 and change. Called the store to see why I didn’t get my discount even though they scanned the code. They said they would call me back we’re busy. Manager called me later and basically called me a liar because the guy wouldn’t no the price until she okayed it. To top it off they changed the total and deducted more money from my account! How?...

We just moved back to the area... I've been wanting some good pizza and heard this place was good. It didn't disappoint. The man making the pizza and running the oven did a great job. The pizza was well made and tasted great. We tried the Nederland restaurant, and it was not close to as good as this one. It's funny they are the same place, but the care they put in the pizza was much better here. We will definitely make it back! I was also happy to see Salami as a topping choice. It's hard to find here. We fell in love with Salami on pizza while living in Europe...so we were pumped to...
