I went into this restaurant on my lunch break, there was two people working and they was helping a group of 3 people. When I initially walked in the young lady said her greeting and I patiently waited until they was done helping the group in front of me. Through out the time of helping them she kept looking at me, in a way to acknowledge that.. "I'll get to you as soon as I can". So a gentlemen came in after me, she said her greeting to him. He stepped to the back to look at the menu to show that he wasn't in line. When they finished with the group, instead of her come to me next she looked at me AGAIN and then asked the gentlemen what he wanted to order. Now at the time, I'm like okay... lets see if this customer is gonna be a gentlemen and speak up and say something .. BUT OF COURSE NOT... so she begins to take his order..so I RESPECTFULLY say out loud.. um is anyone gonna take my order since I've BEEN standing here? The other worker comes to help me with my order, while she continues to make the other customer order. So now my meal is at the point for the condiments to be put on and that's the station she is at..does she proceed to help me? NOPE..she is toasting the chicken to put on the other guy salad and she just standing there.. looking at me again...SO I give her this look like... umm part of your job is to multitask.. so while his chicken is baking help the next person..so she caught by vibe and started helping me with my food FINALLY... I come here a lot and the fact that you pick and choose who your gonna help show poor customer service skills... I mean I don't bite.. lol I just wanted the same since of urgency that I've seen displayed while standing there waiting my turn for the...
Read moreThis store is staffed primarily by several young adults/teenagers with brightly colored hair and the friendliest attitudes of any Subway I’ve ever been to—and that’s a lot!
These “kids” are polite, hardworking, and attentive. They get the orders right every time and they do it on time. I use the app to order ahead and the bring our sandwiches out to my SUV. They smile, make eye contact, and thank me for coming. So good!
Once last week, I missed the window for curb delivery by a few minutes and got out to go in the store. They recognized me and my service dog from our regular visits and let me know that I could call them directly and they’d be happy to run my sandwiches out to my car. I truly appreciate that. I didn’t even ask—they offered.
While I was inside I could see that the store and their food prep area were perfectly clean and well stocked. (I worked at a Subway in college, so I notice everything all the time. 🤷🏻♀️)
I can’t say enough about how nice they are. They’ve complemented my hair, my dog, and occasionally one of my band or Star Wars t-shirts. They make just enough conversation to be friendly without keeping me too long or avoiding their work.
And they never ask for tips even though they definitely deserve them. I usually tip, but if I forget a time or 2 they didn’t change their level of service a bit.
Today, they were out of the bread for our order (first time they’ve been out of stock on anything) and they called ahead to ask what bread we would like to substitute and told us all about the breads.
This experience, as well as all of my many other experiences at this location have been top notch. Thanks to the entire crew!...
Read moreHorrible experience! Pulled up to the window at 9:30 and the worker slammed open the window and my husband asked how it was going and he said "not good man you know we close in 20 minutes" yes they may close at 10 but my husband didn't get off until 8:30 and didn't get home until 9 to pick us up. He works from 7 am until 8 pm and I work from home from 9am to 6pm and take care of 4 kids so getting back to work after being off for Christmas was hectic and I didn't want to cook another meal today. We wanted to order 5 sandwiches all the same thing which was the subway melt and he said they don't do them the machine is broken and then asked us if we ment the melt with Ham, Bacon, Turkey, and cheese so we said yes because that's what the Subway melt is and then asked us if we wanted it toasted so I'm not sure what machine is broken to where they can't do the Subway Melt. Then when we go to pay he snatched my husband's card out of his hand and my husband said thank you and he slammed the window...
