Update September 22, 2024 "Eating in Italy without the Airfare !!!"
Casa Vincenzo is managed and operated by Vincenzo Policino and his beautiful wife Anna who is not only the hostess but ensures every table is having the dining experience of their life!. Vincenzo Policino born in Torino and raised in Napoli Italia has masterfully in just 2 .5 years since its opening date created a five star gourmet restaurant. He brings his ingenuity, creativity and authentic charm and hospitality in his gourmet offering of "Authentic" Italian cuisine, not Italian American run of the mill dishes. I have dined at Michelin restaurants all over Italy for the past 10 years as my family is from Acqui Terme Piemonte. Vincenzo in collaboration with his superb kitchen offers absolute gourmet dining you can only obtain in Italy, He has new special every evening and Ive enjoyed Artichoke hearts, Octopus which is Molto delicato, rack of lamb, duck risotto , polenta, Bronzino, home made pasta, , incredible eggplant and zucchini and seafood dishes with such incredible flavor and consistency where no one ingredient is overpowering and his Italian wine collection boasts , Barolo, Barbaresco and Brunello among others as well as very fine French wines augmenting the gourmet experience Vincenzo's and Anna's mastery of the restaurant is akin to a focussed but relaxed conductor of a philharmonic ensuring everyone from the kitchen to the servers in the gorgeous dining room is in synchrony with the overall stupendous gourmet dining experience for which I drive over an hour each way to dine at least several times a month since he opened in February 2022 His servers are extremely professional, disciplined and well trained adding to the absolute elegance of the art work and ambiance of the restaurant, This will become the favorite of any fine food connoisseur at first biteI could not more highly recommend

Read moreI heard about this restaurant from an acquaintance in Ft. Lauderdale that visited Port St. Lucie and dined here. I originally wanted to go on my 25th Anniversary in 8/7, but they were booked solid. The earliest I could get in was 9/1. The place is quaint, but they’ve done a great job spacing the tables. Service is excellent as well. They give you a bread service with either butter or olive oil/Parmesan cheese. We opted for the olive oil/Parmesan cheese. Unfortunately the cheese sops up all the oil, but the bread is good. We had their house salad with the house dressing which was excellent. They serve it half or full. My wife and I split the half which was plenty for us. I ordered the Pollo ala Norma which is their version of Chicken Parmesan with cubed eggplant smothered in sauce and cheese. This dish was excellent and the portion was quite filling. Although it wasn’t in the menu, we asked if they could make Chicken Marsala and they happily obliged. This dish was another home run with an excellent variety of mushroom which were perfectly al dente. It came with a side of mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables which were perfectly cooked and perhaps the best thing I at that night. We completed our meal with their tiramisu which was a very light balanced dessert. It wasn’t too sweet and was light and airy. This is an upscale restaurant and not somewhere I could afford to go regularly, but I would definitely consider for special occasions. To me it is by far the best Italian Restaurant in Port St. Lucie. The owner was in the dining room the entire time and made sure everything was going well. He informed us that they are looking to open a pizza place next door. If it is anything like this restaurant then I’m sure it will be great as well.
Follow up for our second visit. We pretty much had the same food, except our daughter and her husband joined us. They ordered and shared the Caccio-E-Pepe pasta. How is a pasta dish as much as a chicken dish? We were also charged an additional $5 because they shared the dish and it came in 2 separate bowls which I found a...
Read moreMy sister and my wife went to Casa Vincenzo Ristorante about a week ago and they were both telling me independently how amazing this restaurant was...yet I had to see for myself!
About a week later (Mothers Day) we elected to have dinner along with my other sister and her husband and i figured it would be excellent YET I could not believe how incredible it was.
When we walked in the door...we were greeted by a waiter with an welcoming smile...his name was Bill...and yes...we were extremely fortunate to have him as our waiter!
The establishment is extremely clean, smart looking and well designed...and is the perfect size for personalize service yet a large enough staff to provide the greatest service and cooking team around!
We started with a drink; Bill nicely shared some recommended wines and he was spot on!
As an appetizer my wife and I shared the Caprese Tomato Salad...which was wonderful! Dinner came with warm fresh bread, olive oil and spices (extremely nicely mix) and the aroma of fresh bread as it was delivered to our table!
For dinner I ordered the Scrimp and Scallops with pasta with garlic and oil; I would say the very best garlic and oil pasta I have every enjoyed! The shrimp were large and fresh and the scallops were fantastic; saying that were delicious is only half the story as they were "double" delicious!
My wife ordered the Chicken Marsala and said it was "delightful" and was the best she has had. She also had a nice serving of asparagus and roasted potatoes which came with her dinner.
My brother in law had the Sea Bass...and he said it was fantastic while my sister had a Veal dish...and I believe was "in Love" with the dinner (and she is hard to please) :)
We shared two deserts and they were fresh and fantastic!
I highly suggest you go to Casa Vincenzo Ristorante (yes...they take reservations)...and I suggest you ask for Bill!
Have fun and enjoy fine food...I promise you that you will not be...
