Unprofessional Conduct and Lack of Understanding: A Disappointing Experience
I recently had a frustrating experience with subway I feel compelled to share. As a professional in my field, I understand the importance of following protocols and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency. Unfortunately, my interaction with subway was marred by their lack of understanding and unprofessional conduct.
Upon engaging with [Merchant's Name] to discuss a project, it became apparent that they were unfamiliar with the protocols and standards that govern my line of work. Rather than taking the time to listen and learn, they attempted to take matters into their own hands, disregarding established procedures and guidelines.
Instead of seeking clarification and working to resolve the issue at a professional level, subway chose to escalate the situation by contacting my business partner without my consent. This not only undermined my authority but also reflected poorly on my professionalism and expertise.
I was disappointed by subway unwillingness to collaborate and their failure to acknowledge their lack of understanding. Their actions not only hindered progress on the project but also damaged the trust and respect that should exist between professionals in our field.
In conclusion, my experience with subway was extremely disappointing. I urge them to take the time to familiarize themselves with the protocols and standards of the industries they serve and to approach future interactions with a greater degree of professionalism...
Read moreI had went to Miami for my daughter's birthday and was on the way home. I needed to use the restroom and I also wanted some food so I saw the sign on the highway directing me to pull off for the food and gas and all that stuff and I have never seen a Subway that didn't have its own bathroom. They said you have to go into the store next door so I went through the door. The person behind the counter was a man as unfriendly as it gets and tried to lie to me. When I asked him where the bathroom was he said it's occupied. Now I'm the only person in the store. I walk back there anyways and of course it was unoccupied. I came out and I said oh so they must have disappearedđ€ŁGod must have took them home.đ The look that he gave me was the look of death. I hope that he doesn't treat all the customers there. I actually bought a drink from him, but he was one of the most unfriendly people I have ever seen in a place that deals with people everyday. Then I went back into the subway, and the lady was extremely friendly. Got my food ready correctly, and because I am old and disabled she even brought it out to me. Now it's people like her that you appreciate being in the food...
Read moreThe Subway app (and Google Maps) says this location is open until 10 PM on Sundays, so I placed a pickup order at 9:10 PM. I arrived at 9:30 PM, but the restaurant was already closed! There was an employee still there, but he was just cleaning up. He pointed to a sign on the wall that said they closed at 9 PM. I asked for a refund, but he told me I had to request it online.
I filed a complaint explaining what had happened, and the next day the location owner (Mr. Manuel Martinez-Sohr) only responded with, "Thank you for your feedback"! đ€Ź
I also contacted Subway at the corporate level, but to this date, I have not heard back or received any refund.
I will never visit this location again, and this whole experience has left me with serious mistrust in the Subway...
