I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts at 3095 SW Port St. Lucie Boulevard, and I have to commend one of the employees, Holiday, for her exceptional service. During my visit, the store was quite busy, yet Holiday handled multiple tasks with remarkable efficiency and a warm smile.
While other employees seemed to be disengaged, Holiday was actively engaging with customers, taking orders, expediting, and preparing drinks—all while maintaining a positive attitude. Her dedication truly made my experience enjoyable and made me feel valued as a customer.
It’s rare to encounter someone who embodies such hard work and commitment, and I believe her skills should be recognized and nurtured within the company. She has the potential to be a great leader and mentor for her peers.
Thank you, Holiday, for making my visit memorable! Dunkin’ is fortunate to have you on their team. I hope to see your talents acknowledged and further utilized...
Read moreThis place needs to get it together. They are not consistent with the food or the coffee's. There's 2 high school workers there that are good the one with the fun nails and the one with the blonde surfer looking hair. They are better then the adults with being consistent. The older guy who I believe is one of the managers during the week, things run better with him there. The weekend staff is a disaster!! The one kid working the register Saturday mornings has no idea what he's doing. He has cost me over 500 in reward points cause he said he scanned it but he didn't and him and some of the other workers don'tgive you a receipt so you can'tcall to have the points added. He also doesn't know how to do cardless pay. They need to re-staff the weekend shifts. Or put the morning staff in the afternoon instead when it's less busy. The guy manager and the other 2 guys that know what they are doing are the only reason I'm giving 2...
Read moreIt's hit or miss. The manager definitely needs to be there and watch over the kids. Most of the guys, the taller ones always hang out and ignore you especially if it's later in the day. They will have you sit at the drive thru for 15 minutes completely ignoring you thinking you will go away. Then not expecting you to go inside they are just hanging out on their phone not giving a crap. Then they are rude cause you interrupted their paid hang out time. There's some kids that have been there a while that are great but all the new faces aren't so great. Seems like they got rid of some really good workers or they quit. The girls are mostly rude like they hate their job and how dare you actually...
