DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! I was visiting Port St Lucie while seeing my pregnant daughter. When we arrived there after a 20 hour drive from Wisconsin, we ordered pizza. We placed the address, building number and apartment number on the order. We never received the order (although it stated it was delivered) and the store closed. I called back the next day and was told to speak with “Jonathon”. I spoke with him when he came on shift and was told the order was picked up by a 3rd party delivery service, Uber eats. He also argued with me stating the apartment number was not in the order. I asked to be refunded and he said no. He is the general manager and he then after laughing at me cause I told him that I didn’t hire Uber Eats to deliver my order, nor did I order through them as I had ordered through the Papa John’s app. He said it “wasn’t his problem” and hung up on me. I called corporate and they CONFIRMED that the apartment number AND building number was in fact on the order. I have since reached out to corporate 3x to get this resolved and they said that that store, and the general manager Jonathon, CLOSED the ticket and REFUSED to refund me to almost $40.00 order! Corporate said that they have no control over how a store handles their complaints. Never in my life have I EVER had such poor, disrespectful customer service. And Jonathon should be fired for what he did and how he treated me and my family. Unbelievable that I have to file a complaint and go through my bank to get refunded. I have ALL the proof as well. Very disappointing. After posting, I noticed they have terrible reviews for customer service!!!...

We have had more than a few bad experiences with this location. To start, I personally have been in the food industry for over 20 years and my husband over 10, we always over tip. 1st issue, I ordered through the app and left a tip as I had always done. The delivery driver had the nerve to walk away then come back and say to my husband "you aren't even going to tip a dollar".
Another common issue we have is they are always missing the extra sauce cups we pay for, we always let this slide, but man is it annoying.
Another time I was working so I met the driver in the driveway so I could get back to work and the driver literally pulled the order back because he forgot the receipt and wanted to confirm with the store that I left a tip.
Another time our order of cheesesticks was missing several, another time a papadia was missing and again several of the sauces that we ordered. When I called to say the items were missing I was told, "the item is not in the store and it's not with the driver, so I don't know where it is." I informed them we didn't have it and would just like our complete order that we paid for. The response, "it's on our screen, we will remake it and send it out soon" after which I was hung up on. The did deliver the item, but who would eat it after that interaction...

Read more3rd Party company takes orders now. Guy English was bad. Tried to sell 4 pizzas, I had to remind him only 2. When I called the company direct, informing them about my order, it still was incorrect. Robert night manager was RUDE! 1 pizza wasn't going to made right and he kinda said it was to late to make changes before he even checked my order. Than my order is delivered and they brought 3 pizzas instead of 2. I called the branch again to inform them, I was over charged, to many pizzas we're delivered and Robert basically said it's not his problem. I immediately said I'll bring the pizzas back. Robert said if I come to the restaurant he would call the police on me. Only offered a credit, went on this long rant about 3rd party companies and just hit option 5 to go directly to the store. Etc. I did not want to hear it. A $30 order was $50.
To end this message. He hung the phone up on me and said he wasn't giving me anything.
A refund is do if a customer is not satisfied with your product or service. Taking it personal and leaving a customer with a bad experience is very poor service. Only good part about this situation was the driver who delivered the pizza. He was...
