06/26/2023 Since my last review, which was 1 star. I visited this location 4 times. I had some issues with my 2 orders in December. They were out of baguettes for a side with my turkey chili, a skimpy amount of chicken salad on my Napa Chicken Salad Sandwich, and more brown avocado in the Baja bowl.
My last order in March, I ordered extra Chicken Salad for my sandwich and it was the normal amount so they just stole my money for the extra chicken salad.
My order in June was not ready on time, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes, which I was ok with because I knew everything would be hot. Wrong, everything was cold. I was trying the pizza for the first time, it was cold and the sauce was horrible.
Needless to say, I feel that this location has given up and they will continue to have 1 star from me.
They use to be my go to place and I was here at least once or twice a month. I’m not sure what happened about a year or two ago but the change has been noticeably worse.
I know things change and I’m hoping there will be a change in the quality control of this location. I will give them a good year this time. Until then, I’ll be going to the Tradition location when I want Panera Bread.

Read moreI am a member of the Unlimited Sip club, I hardly use the thing. Maybe 2-3 times a week while I am sitting there getting caught up on my work or heading into my office on Tuesdays.
Today I decided to take my kids for brunch, they wanted cooked food instead of hurricane food. They do not drink soda mostly water where as I drink soda often. I bought 4 whole sandwich combs, 4 bagels with cream and I redeemed my sip club drink. I asked the manager for an extra cup she gave me one.
I went and filled them and came back to get my food the lady behind the counter (team lead) decided to say Next time you need to pay for that extra cup.
Dude I hardly use this Memebership that allows you to get a drink every 2 hours and unlimited refills, I just got an extra cup for bubly!! I told her I have the membership and I hardly come so I didn’t see a huge deal she said you need to pay for it next time.
I ate my food and the interaction with this Team lead Ruined my whole visit with my family.
After I was done eating I went and paid for the small extra cup that bothered this employee so much and gave the receipt to her.

Read moreWhere to begin....we ordered $100+ for my office off US 1. We waited 2+ hours for our food, which is fine...we had a lot of food. What was not fine was when we went and picked up our food and brought it back to our office. Those in the office who ACTUALLY RECEIVED THEIR ORDER were not even made correctly. We had agents without lunches entirely after spending $20+ on a salad w/ special modifications due to dietary restrictions and other items. When we called to speak to the manager they refused to give us our correct order. They basically tried to shut us up with a $20 voucher that is "coming in the mail". Multiple agents received either no order, an incomplete order, or a completely wrong order. For the wrong orders, we were basically told by the manager that WE are wrong and that they did put the food in the bag....they also informed us that according to Panera portion sizes 3 pieces of cheese on a salad is adequate enough to be considered "extra cheese". Do not waste your time at this location.
