McDonald's — Restaurant in Portage Township

Stopped in the other day and ordered 2 double cheese burgers and a small Fri and drink had to wait for anyone to wait on me and there was a couple who was eating there food and a gentleman was doing the same and no one was at the drive thru and I waited for about 5 minutes and then I asked if I could be waited on I placed my order and received it around a 5 minute wait while driving I opened my burgers up and was disgusted with what I seen the condiments was all over the bun not just 1 but both burgers this will be the last time I go to Portage McDonald's this isn't the first time that this happened to me and what get me they say that they should get more money while working there well if you would put more Pride in what you do I would agree But I hate to say it this way but a BLIND PERSON can do a better job than who ever put them...

At 8:25 am, I ordered breakfast from McDonald’s. I got a breakfast but didn’t want eggs and wanted to add on a piece of sausage. I got screamed at by the manager here. She has glasses and has black curly hair, she actually treated my father in law like garbage before too. She screamed at me because I wanted no egg and another piece of sausage that I paided for. I will never come here again when she’s working, such a rude miserable person. Treated me poorly, and to scream at a person like they’re inhuman, she deserves to lose her job. The other workers actually apologized on her behalf and felt bad that I got yelled at the way I did.

I don't expect much from McDonald's. They are what they are. If I wanted gourmet food, I would go elsewhere. The one thing I DO expect, however, is halfway decent customer service. I truly don't think it's too much to ask but, somehow, this McDonald's location fails to deliver it. Consistently. Rude, inattentive and seemingly bothered by the fact that the customer would have the audacity to even come there and order food in the first place. My advice: Wendy's is right up the road. The food is better and the people are MUCH friendlier. No...
