Que Buenos Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Portage

My order was delivered by GrubHub that is the only reason why it got good service. The food was awful. I am amazed at all of the positive reviews. I guess I have higher expectations for Mexican food, which is hard to believe, because I can somewhat tolerate Taco Bell. The re-fried beans literally were so runny, they could of been poured in a cup. The Gordita shell did not have a good flavor and was too thick. The Al Pastor was literally almost nonexistent and tasted like absolutely nothing. Aside from the lettuce and sour cream, this was an absolute pallet nightmare. Didn't finish anything. My colleagues ate their burrito and tacos and were not overly please either. This is the second go at it and most of the folks at my work will not be ordering from here anymore. For over $50 spent, it was worth $5...and I am not a picky...

The place isn't bad and they do deliver however if you order online for pickup the menu item is limited detail so if you haven't been to this place before I recommend going in. Over the phone it can be a bit hard to get your exact order across so I definitely recommend going in person if you have questions. It's a fairly cozy place not too big they do have seating for dining in but it is limited. The horchata is delicious and very sweet a good portion size however it is very grainy like it hasn't been strained very well and it is prepacked so if you don't like ice it might not be your top choice. They have an extensive menu but a lot of their choices are alike for different pirces if you want the best value go for their lunch menu usually available from 10am until 3pm...

Placed an order online. I was giving a name of delivery driver and what time they would be at my place of employment to drop off my food. Stood in the lobby waiting for food. I received a message 2 hrs. later saying my ordered had been modified or cancelled. Looked at my account and my money had been taken out. I tried calling no answer. I called the next day to see if i could just get the order I placed sent out to me and was told no. I called at 5:26pm and was told I had to call back after 8p for a manager. Called back then was told I could not get the order sent to me and I would have to come in to get my refund or it will be refunded to me next week.
