Trak Houz Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Comstock Charter Township

Unfortunately I would not recommend Trak Houz. I may possibly attempt a second chance but I doubt that as well. We had reservations for 8 at 5:45pm prior to the Cody Johnson concert at Kwings. Understandable that they were busy (half our group has worked in the restaurant industry so we were very patient) BUT our order wasn't taken until 6:55. At this point we ordered our dinner and our 2nd drink and most of the rush had cleared out (the section we were in was bare). By 7:20 I asked to speak to a manager - no drinks in sight, and was completely shrugged off. Turned out our food/drinks was not rang in. By 7:30 still no drinks or sign of food (if you're keeping up we arrived at 5:45 and had only had 1 drink at this point). The manager completely dismissed us as if we were the problem. They ended up bringing less than 1/2 of the drinks we ordered and that was it for us. The server was busy yes but this was unacceptable, and the poor trainee deserved better all around. It was one of the worst meals we have ever had. First off, we ordered the pepperjack cheese curds that took forever to come to our table (me and my husband were the only ones eating except for 2 people drinking at the bar). My husband took one bite and says "you are not going to like those, they are hot" so I took one with ranch and they were SO HOT in flavor. I had to drink my tea so quickly and trying to find the waitress that was never in sight get me another. My husband loves spicy food but he even though they were quite hot. No warnings on menu or waitress never said anything. I eat pepperjack cheese all the time but these were NOT PEPPERJACK. That was definitely a horrible experience. I ordered the patty melt and sourdough bread was great but the burgers were gross and way too small for the sandwich. A Massive Disappointment I ordered the boneless wings with sweet bbq sauce and the “four” cheese sandwich. The wings are fine, good even, but this sandwich should be a crime. To start there are not four cheeses. My sandwich has one slice of provolone and of Swiss and two of something someone might call cheddar. It’s on the level of Kraft singles, I’d expect this for a grilled cheese of the kids menu, not for a “four cheese sandwich”. There is no Gouda to be found here. As for these being a sandwich not even that is true. You’ll see in the picture this is TWO sandwiches each with two slices of cheese: one with Swiss and provolone and the other with both slices of the aforementioned “cheddar”.
