Favorite restaurant. Best gravy. Burgers are delicious. Country fried steak is excellent. Best greenbeans ever! The breakfast burrito or quesadilla covered in gravy cannot be beat!!!!
I actually want to update. :) I read my last review and it just was not doing justice to this place. If you come through Springville to camp, HIKE or hunt, YOU HAVE TO TREAT YOURSELF TO THIS HIDDEN TREASURE!The BURGERS are not frozen patties, they are freshly made.THE BEST ever. Every other place taste like disappointment now. Every Friday is prime rib night, my husband has never had a better prime rib! If you are a foodie, you cannot go without this place. Tiny town service, with friendly upbeat personalities! The ambiance is this amazing in this 100 year old building with a massive moose head and Rodeo decor, with some humor here and there. Sit back and listen to the regulars come in and chit chat about the comings and goings in the world. You simply cannot compare this treasure to any other place. If I could give 10 stars I would. No other place has measured up since my first...
Read moreToday I tried their version of a western burger. They definitely make their own patty. It was very flavorful. I would recommend asking for more BBQ sauce on the side. I'm a bread guy and the and bun was toasted beautifully. It was special for sure. I will always try and find something a place could improve in and I would say the onion ring in burger didn't have that "cut through " when taking a bite. The sauce was tasty. The burger would be a must try for anyone who likes western style burger. I got 2 sides that was done right and delicious. First was Fried Okra. It was a generous amount and it's home made. I also got the onion rings which are also made "in house " . This time they had good bite to them. For dipping I always have to get the ranch. It is very good and one of my top 10 favorites. The staff is always amazing. Prices are fantastic. I Been here a lot and...
Read moreBest hashbrowns ever! Make a detour to eat here. We ate there the morning after Christmas. I had the Julie's Favorite; an open faced biscuit with eggs, bacon, and a luscious gravy! It comes with hashbrowns or home fries. Every place I go to, even if the hashbrowns are cooked right, I have to add salt and pepper; I don't mind. These, however, were cooked just right, and needed no additional seasoning by me. One of those food shows which feature great diners should visit them. Everything was supremely delicious for an incredibly reasonable price. There were 6 of us, and we all very much enjoyed the experience. Friendly wait staff, and a fun environment too! Again, make a detour to eat...
