Mom's U-Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Porterville

Customer Service doesn’t really exist there. They tried giving me a pizza that I didn’t order and then they just picked off the toppings to make it the pizza I ordered. The picked off items contained one that I have an high allergic reaction to and I could of spent the night in the hospital if I had eaten it. Luckily I saw what they were doing and asked cancelled the order. Still cost me $5 as they did not refund my tip. All the while the employees shedding off an I don’t give a darn attitude. Their pizza quality from other orders is mediocre. Only ubake in town. Sad as I’ll probably never go there again. Whomever owns this business could be making tons of $ but I’ve seen others receive bad service here and at the other location that recently closed and who wants to give their hard earned money for bad service and...

I'd rate this establishment with 5 stars if the owner was reasonable. The male owner is fantastic, really nice and gives outlstanding service. The older woman, however, will suck the life out of you and has absolutely no business working in the food service industry. This company definitely earns less money because of her. Keep her in the back!

The food is really good. I am from Chicago and have had the hardest time adjusting to the food options available in this town. The sandwiches are the best in town, no contest. Better than subway, port of subs, jimmy johns, and whatever sandwich place is in main st next to subway. Pizza is some of the best in town also, which isn't saying much but...

I always come here and had a bad experience the last time. A young cashier looks like she was in high school or fresh out. She was rude as soon as we came asking us what we wanted. We wernt even at the counter. We were still trying to figure it out and she just looked at us with the meanest look. She had a rude tone as well. She wasn't polite at all. She must have been having a very bad day but that's not excuse to be rude. We asked about some menu items and told us they don't do that there it at the other location . Also said "I don't know I work here not there" and I was like ooookay.... Did not appreciate...
