The panaderia (full service bakery) is also a restaurant and carries a few essential groceries as well. Their baked goods are fresh and come out hot from the oven! The products range from cookies, iced cake, sweet breads, whole wheat rolls, bolillo rolls, classic pastry to classic panaderia fare of cheese and pumpkin stuffed rolls, spicy cut out pigs, King's bread and so much more. This bakery is by far the best here in Porterville it’s small,owed and operated by a Spanish speaking couple. Most of the bread is actually baked fresh daily. I go in the morning to get it right out of the oven while it’s still warm. They make “Flan” from scratch out of eggs how it’s supposed to be made.
