Working here is not fun. Some of the major issues are safety, training, and communication. At times people will just leave pallet jacks in the middle of the walk way and shove carts that have gotten very close to hitting people. If you are working in the kettle area they only want one person doing multiple tasks at once, and if you ask for someone else to come help so products can get out faster. The lead told me only one person should be doing all the work, and he shouldn’t even be back there. If you do end up getting a temp job here be prepared that they will not train you on almost anything. From my research on this company, it has a high turnover rate . The diversity of others is really there (not alot of English speaking citizens) and we prepare anything from Red Mill Gornola bags to the Kind Granola Bars on the shelf. Job is stressful but is very keeps you occupied for 8 hours. Built a lot of teamwork and team play here. I remember one day my lead was really on me of not having the trays slide out with the granola bars on it. And stacking them on to the sheet pan rack. Read moreTo begin with, I had an appointment at 14:00. I arrived around 11:00 was told to go to door. Nothing happened untill 14:00 when they knocked on my door to tell me to clean the trailer. They could have done the trailer inspection when I arrived which they didnt do because someone I know doesnt like working here.
