Live in the area… have for a few years. When I say I have not once received the correct order, it’s probably an understatement.
Not only have I never received a single drink made correctly, half the time I get a concoction of what I can only imagine being the worst ever combination of syrups and various additional unrelated items. Oh and forget courtesy or friendliness, it’s as if all of the local high school misfits were ordered to serve community service, by working the local Dunkin’ drive-thru.
Words cannot describe how irritating it is to receive a screwed up drink, of any order that is genuinely so simple.
I drive the extra two miles down to the Dunkin’ at the Portland bridge now, at least you have a 50/50 shot for getting what you politely ask for there.
P.S., look at your reviews… there’s a common denominator here and it’s not the customers. @Dunkin’ does this location even have a manager? And if so, maybe it’s time to get...
Read moreMy husband and I usually always stopped here on the way through Portland every day, since it was on the way. We usually overlooked that they messed up our order, every single day - since it was convenient to stop at. But we started to get aggravated that they would mess up every time, and we ordered the exact same thing every day. Then, today, we stopped, and my husband ordered his usual, but the girl stated they were out of plain bagels (really??), and when he went to order the rest of our food, she continually cut him off, yelling they were out of plain bagels. Even with him trying to tell her he was getting other food, she continued to yell at him about the bagels!
So now on top of never getting the order correct, they yell at customers....

I hand the kid $21.01 and says I gave him too much. “I gave you that so I’d get a $10 bill back.” And he still had to check it with his co worker. Get down the road and see that there’s only ONE hash brown. Called to see if I paid for the second before I turned around and I did pay for it. Went back, inside this time and asked them to make me two fresh ones because the one they did give me was soggy and falling apart.
